At Subaru of New England, we're proud to be more than a car company. This August, we're pleased to announce that as a part of our Love Promise commitment to make learning more accessible, Subaru of New England alongside Subaru of America, Inc. is partnering with AdoptAClassroom.org as our new Subaru Loves Learning partner.
Inadequate classroom resources threaten the success of schools. In fact, 92 percent of classrooms have students whose families cannot afford to purchase any school supplies for their children. Educators fill the gap by spending an average of $750 a year out of their own pockets, according to a study by AdoptAClassroom.org. Through the partnership with AdoptAClassroom.org, Subaru of New England and our Retailers will help provide classrooms across New England with the supplies vital to enhancing education.
Ways You Can Help: We invite all customers to thank your local teachers by filling out a message of gratitude, and posting it to the school bus display at your local Participating Subaru of New England Retailer. Our Retailers will hand-deliver the thank you notes to their adopted classrooms for the beginning of the school year.
This year, Subaru and its retailers are supporting 114,000 students nationwide.
